The company was entered in the Business Register of Slovenia on 19 October 2021.
The General Terms and Conditions of Business and Use of the Website www.scented.si (hereinafter: Scented.si or Scented, Sergeja Masten sp) have been compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act and other prescribed legislation for online sales and such business practices.

The conditions deal with the operation of scented.si and the business relationship between Scented, Sergeja Masten sp (hereinafter Scented, Sergeja Masten sp) and buyers of goods or services (hereinafter: buyers).

The provider undertakes to always provide the buyer with the following information:

• company identity (name and registered office, register number),
• contact information that enables the user to communicate quickly and efficiently (e-mail, telephone),
• essential characteristics of the goods or services (including after-sales services and guarantees),
• availability of products (any product or service offered on the website should be available within a reasonable time),
• conditions of delivery of the product or execution of the service (method, place and deadline of delivery),
• all prices must be clearly and unambiguously set and it must be clearly shown whether they already include taxes and transport costs,
• method of payment and delivery,
• an explanation of the complaint procedure, including all details of the contact person or customer service.

The offer on the scented.si online store may change in certain cases due to the nature of the business. All prices are final unless expressly stated otherwise. The company is NOT a taxable person, all prices include VAT. Prices are valid at the time of placing the order and do not have a predetermined validity. Prices are valid in case of payment with the above payment methods, under the above conditions.

The purchase contract between the bidder and the buyer is concluded at the moment when the bidder confirms the order (the buyer receives an electronic message about the status Order confirmed). From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the buyer.

Actions

Discounts do not add up, unless otherwise stated in the terms of the campaign. One promotional code can be used with each purchase. Items that have already been discounted cannot be subject to a promotional code to further reduce the item price or the final price in the cart.

Photos, images or recordings published as part of the offers are the property of Scented, Sergeja Masten sp or its suppliers or business partners.

The provider is not responsible for the content of opinions on articles written by visitors. Prior to publication, the opinion provider reviews and rejects those that contain obvious untruths, are misleading or offensive. The provider is not responsible for the information in the opinions and disclaims any responsibility arising from the information in the opinions.

Scented, Sergeja Masten sp acts as a company that offers goods or services over the Internet. 

The buyer pays the amount to Scented, Sergeja masten sp, and together with the goods or services he also receives an invoice. The company operates in the Republic of Slovenia. We ship products to the territory of the Republic of Slovenia. Due to environmental concerns, we have introduced a system of electronic invoices, which the customer receives by e-mail. The customer can also receive the printed invoice in printed form, if he reminds us via e-mail info@scented.si.

The price of postage also includes all other handling costs and the cost of cash transfer of money, so the courier may not charge you any additional costs upon delivery. Your payment amount will be the same as you received on the confirmation invoice to your e-mail.

Purchase process

The order of the product begins with the selection of the offered products by opening them in the online store by clicking on the "View product" button. Then the product page opens, where you select the desired quantity, and for some products, other characteristics such as size and color. Once you have selected the desired quantity and other features, continue the purchase by pressing the "Add to cart" button. To add other products, follow the same procedure, but if this was the only product you wanted to buy, click on "Show cart".

All products, their quantity and also the price of these products are clearly shown here. The cost of delivery or postage is also shown here, as well as the total amount of the purchase. If you want to change something, you can change the quantity on the cart page, if you want to change any other feature, the wrong product must be removed from the cart, by clicking on the cross on the left side of the product image. Then return to the store find the desired product, select the correct features and add it back to the cart. Then, on the shopping cart page, check that all the information is relevant and agree with it. Continue your purchase by pressing the "Continue to checkout" button.

Fill in the necessary information on the checkout page, and you can also see a summary of your entire order with prices and delivery costs. Once you have entered all the necessary information (marked with *) and selected the delivery method and payment, complete the purchase by pressing the "Buy Now" button. You can interrupt the ordering process at any time by closing the browser window, unless you have already confirmed your order with the "Buy Now" button. Purchase statuses

Queue order: 

After placing the order, the customer receives an e-mail notification that the order has been accepted into the queue. In this step, the customer has the option to cancel the order within one hour. Comprehensive information on the status and content of the order is always available to the buyer on the provider's website.

Order confirmed:

If the customer does not cancel the order, the order goes into further processing when the provider reviews the order, checks the availability of the ordered items and confirms the order or rejects it with a reason. The bidder may call the buyer on his contact telephone number to verify the data or ensure the accuracy of the delivery. Upon confirmation of the order, the provider notifies the buyer by e-mail of the estimated delivery time.

Return of items 

The consumer has the right to inform the company (e-mail: info@scented.si) within 14 days of receiving the goods that he is withdrawing from the contract, without having to state the reason for his decision. For the purpose of withdrawing from the contract, the buyer uses sample withdrawal form. The deadline starts 2 days after the date of receipt of the ordered item. The only cost borne by the consumer in connection with the withdrawal from the contract is the cost of returning the goods (which in the case of shipment is charged according to the price list of the delivery service). The goods must be returned to the seller no later than 14 days after the notification of withdrawal from the contract (purchase). The goods can also be returned physically at the address: Ul. In the case of physical return of goods in the store, the consumer is not charged any costs.

Misuse of purchase

After completing the order, the customer receives a notification to the entered e-mail. In this case, the order is accepted in the queue. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract within the period until the goods are sent (the order must be canceled by e-mail to info@scented.si). It is mandatory to enter the order number. The email address from which you cancel your order must match the email address used to confirm your purchase. If the customer does not cancel the order, the order goes into further processing. The bidder may call the buyer on his contact telephone number to verify the data or ensure the accuracy of the delivery. Upon confirmation of the order, the provider notifies the buyer by e-mail of the estimated delivery time. The contract on the purchase of ordered items between the buyer and the provider is irrevocably concluded at this stage. Prices are valid at the time of placing the order and do not have a predetermined validity.

Security of purchase

When registering on casper.si, data are collected on the basis of the personal consent of the individual Law and European regulation on personal data protection. Scented, Sergeja Masten sp undertakes to store this data carefully and securely for the purpose of smooth execution of orders or personalized composition of the offer, statistical analysis and for the purpose of improving the operation of the online store and services. 

The user can place an order on scented.si in the online store as a guest or as a registered user. The registration process is easy and fast. By logging in to the website, you create your own account, through which you can edit your data, delivery addresses, view order statuses, track and edit them.

The username consists of the email address you enter. You will then receive a confirmation email for final registration. By registering on the website, you also have a greater overview of the purchase.

The provider will contact the user via means of distance communication only if the user does not explicitly object.

Advertising emails will contain the following components:

• will be clearly and unambiguously marked as advertising messages,
• the consignor will be clearly visible,
• various campaigns, promotions and other marketing techniques will be marked as such. The conditions for participation in them will also be clearly defined,
• the method of unsubscribing from receiving advertising messages will be clearly presented,
• the user's wish not to receive advertising messages will be explicitly respected by the provider.

The user will be able to subscribe to receive e-news and unsubscribe in an easy way. Notices include information on current or future offers, promotion of casper.si and other advertising messages of casper.si or its partners. It is considered that personal consent is required to receive notifications, and receipt is not possible unless the user indicates this during registration or does not otherwise sign up to receive it.

The provider makes every effort to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the information published on their pages. However, the characteristics of the items, the delivery time or the price may change so quickly that the provider is unable to correct the information on the website. In such a case, the provider will notify the customer of the changes and allow him to withdraw from the order or replace the ordered item.

It is considered that the purchase on the scented.si online store was made through a distance contract. The language in which the contract is concluded is Slovene.

In the case of distance contracts, the consumer has the right (from Article 43c of the Consumer Protection Act) to inform the company within fourteen (14) days that he is withdrawing from the contract without having to state the reason for his decision. The only cost borne by the consumer in connection with the withdrawal is the direct cost of returning the goods if they are sent by post. If the consumer withdraws from the contract, our company will return the payment received immediately or no later than within 14 days of receiving notice of withdrawal from the contract.

If, at the seller's request, the buyer has not paid the amount or advance payment according to the preliminary proforma invoice, as insurance against the seriousness of the transaction, it is considered that the buyer did not accept the offer and that the contract was not concluded. Scented, Sergeja Masten sp immediately informs the buyer.

If the company scented.si prepares campaigns for customers with a special price or a code for using the discount, the campaigns are mutually exclusive, unless otherwise stated. Promotions and discount codes apply to items distributed by Scented, Sergeja Masten sp, unless otherwise stated.
