DELIVERY

1. Forms of delivery / acceptance of the order

When ordering a product in the online store, the user can choose one of the following delivery options:

  • Delivery to the address specified in the order and for Scented, Sergeja Masten sp is performed by Pošta Slovenije or the GLS delivery service.
  • Personal collection of the order at the address: Ul. Metoda Mikuža 20, 1000 Ljubljana (between 5 pm and 7 pm after prior communication).

In case of personal collection of the order it is possible payment in cash only.

2. Delivery price list

We deliver in the entire territory of the Republic of Slovenia. The choice of delivery service is not possible, Scented, Sergeja Masten sp determines which delivery service will send the package.

The price of delivery in the entire territory of the Republic of Slovenia is € 3.80 + € 1.00 for cash on delivery. 

If the customer decides to pick up in person at the address in the order process, the pick-up is free of charge.

The delivery price is subject to change at any time without prior notice. With special promotions, the delivery price may change regardless of the then valid price list. The user is informed about the amount of the delivery price before the completion of the order.

The delivery price or postage costs are clearly visible on the "Cart" page, as well as on the cash register or "Completion of purchase" page.

The price of postage also includes all other handling costs and the cost of cash transfer of money, so the postman may not charge you any additional costs upon delivery. Your payment amount will be the same as you received on the confirmation invoice to your e-mail.

3. Delivery time

The estimated time within which Scented, Sergeja Masten sp will hand over the selected products to the delivery service, is written next to the individual product and in the order basket. When ordering several products with different shipping times, the longest deadline is taken into account. Delivery is provided by the delivery service, in most cases the next working day from the day of dispatch, but no later than within 3 working days.

Due to the increased volume of orders during seasonal reductions, the delivery time may be extended by 7 working days.

The deadline for shipment begins when the order is confirmed by the online store or. the first working day after the order is placed.

4. Personal collection

When the order is ready to be picked up at the address, the buyer will be notified by e-mail. The package will be waiting for him in the store for 3 working days from the day of receiving the notification about the prepared package.

After the expiration of the period in which the package is awaiting receipt, the order is considered canceled.

If for various reasons the buyer will not be able to take over the package within this period or. needs a longer deadline, he must report this directly to the store (e-mail: info@scented.si.

5. Details of delivery to the selected address

In the event that no one is at the specified address at the time of delivery, the courier shall inform the recipient at which pick-up point the package can be picked up.

In the case of delivery with the delivery service and payment upon delivery to the delivery service, the buyer pays the additional costs of processing the order, which is charged by the delivery service. At the delivery service, payment can be made in cash or by payment card upon delivery.

In the case of delivery to a multi-apartment building, the package is delivered to the front door of the multi-apartment building.

6. Right of withdrawal from the purchase, return of goods

The consumer has the right to inform the company (e-mail: info@scented.si) within 14 days of receiving the goods that he is withdrawing from the contract, without having to state the reason for his decision. Regardless of the form of cancellation, the consumer must provide the company with a copy of the invoice.

The goods must be returned to the seller no later than 14 days after the notification of withdrawal from the contract (purchase). The deadline starts one day after the date of receipt of the ordered goods.

The received goods must be returned undamaged, unused and in the original packaging. If the product has been opened and used within this period, the product cannot be returned.

If you do not accept or pick up the ordered shipment with cash on delivery, we will send you an invoice for overhead costs in the amount of 17 EUR, which includes double postage (sending and returning the shipment to our address) and all costs incurred with your order (envelope, packing watch, mail transport,). If we send the shipment again at your request and in agreement with you, and you do not pick up the shipment again, the overhead costs will also double. In the event that you pick up the shipment after the second shipment, we will not charge you any additional costs.

The company returns all received payments to the buyer with the same means of payment as used by the buyer, unless the buyer explicitly requests the use of another means of payment and if the buyer does not bear any costs as a result. Refunds will be made immediately or no later than within 14 days of receiving notice of withdrawal. The company may withhold payment until it receives the returned goods or until the consumer sends proof that the goods were sent back, whichever occurs first.

If upon receipt of the shipment it is established that the shipment (package) or product is damaged or shows signs of opening, the buyer is obliged to immediately, and no later than within 14 days of receipt initiate a complaint procedure directly with the supplier (Pošta Slovenije, doo).

7. Familiarization with the company's liability for material errors

The Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot) stipulates that the seller must deliver the goods to the consumer in accordance with the contract and is liable for material errors in its performance.

The error is real:

  1. if the thing does not have the properties necessary for its normal use or for circulation;
  2. if the thing does not have the properties necessary for the special use for which the buyer is buying it, but which was known to the seller or should have been known to him;
  3. if the thing does not have the qualities and qualities that were explicitly or tacitly agreed or prescribed;
  4. if the seller has delivered an item that does not match the pattern or model, unless the pattern or model was shown solely for the purpose of notice.

The suitability of goods for normal use shall be assessed in the light of normal goods of the same kind and taking into account any seller's statements on the characteristics of the goods made by the seller or manufacturer, in particular through advertising, product presentation or indication on the goods themselves. The provisions of the law governing obligations shall apply to liability for material errors, unless this law provides otherwise.

The consumer may exercise his rights arising from a material defect if he informs the seller of the defect within two months from the day on which the defect was discovered. The consumer must describe the defect in more detail in the defect notification and allow the seller to inspect the item. The consumer can notify the seller of the defect in person, of which the seller must issue a certificate, or send it to the store where the item was purchased, or to the representative of the seller with whom he concluded the contract.

The seller is not liable for material defects in the goods that appear after two years have passed since the thing was delivered. A defect in property shall be deemed to have existed at the time of extradition if it occurs within six months of extradition.

The consumer who has correctly informed the seller of the defect has the right to require the seller to:

  • correct the defect on the goods or
  • returns part of the amount paid in proportion to the error or
  • replace defective goods with new faultless goods or
  • returns the amount paid.

In any case, the consumer also has the right to demand compensation from the seller, in particular reimbursement of costs of materials, spare parts, labor, transfer and transport of products incurred in fulfilling the obligations referred to in the previous paragraph of this article. The consumer's rights referred to in the first paragraph shall expire two years after the day on which he informed the seller of the material defect.

If the existence of a defect in the goods is not disputed, the company must comply with the consumer's request as soon as possible, but no later than within eight days. The company must respond in writing to the consumer's request no later than eight days after receipt, if the existence of a defect in the goods is disputed.
